St. Patrick's Day Bulletin Board Idea

St. Patrick's Day is next week and, whether you're looking for a last minute idea or simply saving designs for next year, here's a colorfully festive bulletin board that would be perfect for any learning space! The shamrock rainbow provides a nice thematic touch and the Irish blessing offers the perfect holiday sentiment!

An Irish Blessing

  • Background: White bulletin board paper.
  • Title: "May good luck be your friend in whatever you do and may trouble always be a stranger to you."
  • Border: St. Patrick's Day themed bulletin board trimmer.
  • Decoration: Combining two popular symbols of the holiday, create the shamrock rainbow by simply cutting shamrock shapes from colored construction paper, arranging the colored cutouts in the shape of a rainbow, and adding white 'cloud' shapes cut from white bulletin board paper. If desired, cover the cloud cutouts with cotton balls or quilt batting or cut the cloud shapes from foam for a three-dimensional effect.
