If I Caught A Leprechaun... - St. Patrick's Day Display
By Kayla • April 3, 2018
This cute St. Patrick's Day bulletin board from Michaele over at Kindergarten's 3 R's doubles as great writing activity for your kiddos. A bit of whimsy, a bit of writing practice, and a bit of fun all rolled into one! The prompt goes perfectly with the holiday and we know parents and peers will have a blast reading what students would do if they caught a leprechaun!
St. Patrick's Day Writing Prompt Board
- Background: Sky blue bulletin board paper.
- Title: "If I Caught A Leprechaun..." - Instead of traditional bulletin board letters, we like how Michaele created a larger version of the craftivity on which to display the writing prompt/title. She created the cutouts from large pieces of construction paper and does a great job of explaining how she made them!
- Border: Colorful trimmer.
- Decoration: Use your students' writing prompts displayed on the cutesy rainbow/pot of gold crafts! We love the glitter detailing on the gold coins and, should your kiddos need more space to write their answers, create flaps from the black cauldrons that can be lifted for further reading! Add shamrock, gold coins, and leprechaun cutouts around the board if needed!
