Purchase Orders
SupplyMe accepts purchase orders from public schools, government agencies, and other publicly funded organizations.
Minimum Order
A minimum order of $100 is required for purchase orders. For orders below $100, you can place your order directly on SupplyMe.com and pay with a debit or credit card.
How to Submit a Purchase Order
- Find the products you would like to order on SupplyMe.com.
- Prepare your purchase order with the information listed below and obtain all required approval signatures.
- Email your completed purchase order to [email protected].
We will review your purchase order and contact you if we need additional information. If you need confirmation of pricing, shipping costs, or product availability before submitting your purchase order, please email us.
What to Include
To help us process your purchase order, please include:
- Your purchase order number.
- Your school or organization’s name.
- The billing address and complete shipping address.
- A contact name, email address, and phone number.
- Product names and item numbers or links to the products on SupplyMe.com.
- Quantities and any applicable product options, such as size or color.
- Item prices, applicable shipping charges, and the order total.
- All required approval signatures.
- Any vendor forms or special instructions required by your organization.
Please make sure your purchase order is complete and approved before submitting it. Missing information or approval signatures may delay processing.
W-9 and Vendor Documentation
Download our company’s W-9 to set up SupplyMe as a vendor.
If your organization requires additional vendor documentation or forms, email them to [email protected].
Tax-Exempt Orders
If your organization is tax exempt, please email your applicable tax-exemption documentation to [email protected] before your order is processed. We will review the documentation and contact you if we need additional information.
Shipping and Delivery
Visit our Shipping & Delivery page for shipping information. Product availability and delivery times vary by item, so please include any requested delivery date when submitting your purchase order. Contact us before ordering if you need items by a specific date.
Discount Codes
Discount codes cannot be applied to purchase orders. Discount codes are available only for eligible online orders placed and paid for directly through SupplyMe.com.
