In our search for fun spring bulletin boards {that can double for summer too!}, we stumbled across this fabulous design from Melanie of ewe hooo! The dynamic colors, simple design, fun 3D effect and positive message make it a great classroom/school accent!

When We Learn We Grow

  • Background: Cover the entire board with light blue bulletin board paper. Cut two 6-inch wide strips of green background paper, using scissors to fringe the length of one side, and layer the pieces at the bottom of the board to create "grass".
  • Title: "When We Learn We Grow!" - We love that Melanie use white bulletin board paper to create a banner!
  • Border: None needed.
  • Decoration: Create 3D flowers using background paper in assorted bright colors. Melanie offers some great close-up shots of her flowers and does a great job of describing the materials she used to create the vibrant blossoms at her site - so be sure to head on over there for better instructions!
