This bulletin board created by Ms. Eberhart combines two of our favorite things - fall and owls! Brilliantly simple and conveniently created using student-made crafts, we think this is the perfect fall themed 'transitional' decoration for the time between back-to-school and Halloween ...'Whoooo' are we kidding? It's so cute, you might just consider leaving it up throughout the fall season!

Owl Themed Bulletin Board

  • Background: Yellow bulletin board paper.
  • Title: "___________ [Kindergarten, Room 203, Science, etc.] Is A Hoot!"
  • Border: Fall themed trimmer, fall leaf cutouts, or silk fall leaf garland.
  • Decoration: 1) The Owls. Use student-created crafts! DLTK-Kids offers a fantastic tutorial and template for created the paper bag owls. You might also check out Craft Jr - they offer several variations of the craft as well! 2) The Leaves. Fill any empty space on your bulletin board with leaf cutouts. Simply print clip art images of leaves onto card stock and cut them out, create a card stock template to trace/cut leaves from construction paper, or purchase fall leaf accents from your favorite teacher supply store.

Thanks for stopping by! We love hearing from you, so be sure to let us know how we're doing below!
