Christmas Shapes Preschool Lesson Plan

How cute is this Christmas shapes math lesson we found over at Sweet P's Class Notes?! Creating Christmas wreaths, snowmen, Christmas trees, and more - this is a great craftivity for helping your preschoolers review shapes as well as practice following a pattern/directions!

For younger learners, you might consider creating pattern block templates, laminating the sheets and inviting students fill the patterns in with the correct shapes. The laminated patterns can then be cleared easily for the next student. For more advanced learners, consider providing patterns for them to follow, reconstructing the shape on a piece of construction paper, or inviting them to use the colorful pattern blocks to create their own Christmas shape!
