This toddler teacher decided that the constant finger and hand prints found throughout her classroom were something to celebrate not get frustrated with. Capitalizing on her students' eagerness to get "dirty" (and to put their hands on everything!),  she designed this endearing board that features their best hand and footprints!

Hand & Footprint Bulletin Board

  • Background: Red bulletin board paper.
  • Title: "Little Toddler Hands Wave Hi... As Little Toddler Feet Walk Bye, Bye, Bye".
  • Border: Alphabet, helping hands, or other colorful kids-themed bulletin board border.
  • Decoration: Use your students' projects. Take one day to create hand prints in bright primary colors, being sure to record the child's date and age on the back for parents, then set aside time to create footprints.

While your toddlers may not always recognize that their work decorates the walls, their parents will surely enjoy seeing it displayed! The best part is, these art projects are sure to become instant keepsakes when sent home!
