Ali B. of Mama Manifesto designed these beautiful flag notes of appreciation to honor the veterans in her community. We absolutely love the idea and think this would be a special craft to do with your students this Memorial Day.

Supplies You'll Need

After signing their name and age on the note, invite your kiddos to draw a flag on the opposite side and assemble the craft. We think that there will be more of an impact if students get to deliver the flags themselves, so consider inviting the veterans of your community to a special Memorial Day brunch/luncheon where students can share their appreciation personally!
