When it comes to end of the school year bulletin boards, colorful and kid-created is the name of the game! Michelle, talented kindergarten teacher over at Apples and ABC's, decided to use her kiddos' adorable space themed writing/reflection craftivities to create an out of this world display. We thought it added a lovely pop of color to her classroom and offered a fun connection to the end of the year space themed memory books crafted and sent home with each student!

This Year Was A BLAST!

  • Background: Cover the bulletin board with dark blue background paper.
  • Title: "This Year Was A BLAST!"
  • Border: Space themed bulletin board trimmer or complimentary multi-colored bulletin board border.
  • Decoration: Use your kiddos' rocket ship crafts! Michelle provides the ship template in her awesome end of the year writing pack (at her TpT store), so all you'll need is some colorful construction paper to print the images on, then have your kiddos cut and assemble!
