Happy Fall!
We're so excited about the fall season! There are so many fun craftivities and lessons that we've been itching to share. Since pumpkin carving is one of our favorite fall activities, we thought we'd try to find some fun, 'no mess' alternatives that would be appropriate for the preschool classroom. Here's a few of options you might consider exploring with your kiddos this autumn!
Deborah over at Teach Preschool recommends using play dough to create pumpkin faces...
Chica and Jo suggest using printed or felt facial features along with Velcro to create mix and match jack-o-lanterns...
You might also try these adorable Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head pumpkins from Frugal Life Project...
Aren't these projects great?! They're super unique and we know your preschoolers will have a blast with these pumpkin carving alternatives. Be sure to visit each of these sites for project material lists and more fall fun!
