Yesterday's post featured upcycled milk caps as sight word soccer balls. Here's another way to repurpose them! We found these sorting games over at Too Much Time On My Hands and loved the idea of a DIY game as well as the fact that they can be fully customized to fit your learning goals! All Kim did was decide what she wanted her kiddos to sort - i.e. numbers v. letters, living v. nonliving, word families, colors, shapes, etc. - found and printed the appropriate numerals/letters/pictures onto printer paper, then Mod Podged the images onto the recycled milk caps!

To see how the various games turned out {and to scour the photos for ideas!}, be sure to visit Too Much Time On My Hands!
