"Grade A" Students - Spring & Easter Bulletin Board Idea
Looking for a fun spring or Easter bulletin board? We found this 'egg-cellent' theme at Bulletin Boards for the Music Classroom. While it was originally designed for the music classroom {as the name of the site alludes!}, it would certainly compliment any early childhood classroom!
Easter Chick Crafts
The original creator used simple chicken cutouts, inviting her students to script their names onto them, and arranging them around the board. You might also consider one of these Easter chick crafts:
- Have your students create a construction paper & feather chick like this one at Muffin Tin Mom. Instead of paper circles, you might also consider using paper plates.
- Use this chick template, inviting your students to make a chick from foam sheets like this project at All Kids Network.
- Create hand print chicks like these at Activity Village and Crafty-Crafted.
If you're leaning toward an Easter theme {not just a spring theme}, consider adding Easter eggs around the board too.
"Grade A" Bulletin Board
- Background: Blue bulletin board paper.
- Title: "Grade A _______________ {Students, Preschoolers, etc.}!"
- Border: None. You might consider cutting the cups from egg cartons and stringing them together to create a garland or adding a spring/Easter themed border.
- Decoration: Use your students' crafts!
Design Alternative
You might also consider creating a large egg carton cutout on the bulletin board, 'filling' it with decorated Easter egg crafts {made by your students} and scripting your students' names on them.
