Easter Literacy Center - Rhyming Rabbits
By Kayla • April 3, 2018
Julie over at Mrs. Lee's Kindergarten always has the cutest centers! While this activity was originally intended as part of an "Animals in Winter" unit, we also think this would work great as a spring/Easter literacy center!
Here's the gist...
Provided with a recording worksheet and a basket of bunny cards, each a different color, invite your kiddos to...
- Select a colored rabbit card from the basket and read the word printed on it.
- With the word in mind, look at the images on the recording sheet and identify the rhyming picture.
- Once the rhyming picture has been identified, write the word from the bunny card into the box below it and color the picture to match the rabbit.
Super cute, right?! For this and other awesome literacy center ideas, be sure to visit Mrs. Lee's Kindergarten!
