As the Christmas holiday approaches and your kiddos get a little antsy, help them get their "wiggles out" with these fun action cards from Alison at Oopsey Daisy! They'll have your little ones 'twisting like candy canes', 'chuckling like Santa Claus', and pretending to 'twinkle like stars'! Once you've gotten through all the cards, invite your students to volunteer their own Christmas actions. After all the action, settle into circle time for a fun Christmas story, rhyme, or fingerplay.

Be sure to visit Oopsey Daisy for the action card download and check out Apples 4 the Teacher {or another teacher resource website} for a great selection of Christmas literature, poems, and rhymes!
