Help bring Earth Day awareness into your classroom with this writing worksheet! Many people do not know which items they use on a regular basis can be recycled, reused, or have to be thrown away. This writing activity makes for a great addition to any Earth Day lesson plan and can be used in group discussions or individually.

The top part of the worksheet provides a space for students to write the date of Earth Day. In the middle portion of the worksheet students can make lists of items they use everyday that can be recycled, reused, or thrown away. And the bottom portion of the worksheet has a space provided for them to make a promise to help the Earth for a better tomorrow!
