These multi-purpose shape tracer printables from Carisa over at 1+1+1=1 would make a great addition to any preschool classroom!

  • Use them as flash cards to introduce each shape.
  • Create a shape tracer booklet - printing, laminating, and binding the cards together with a binder ring. Provide students with dry erase markers for tracing.
  • Invite your students to play matching games. Concentration or Go Fish! are two common games. You might also place the cards in a paper bag, have each student draw a card, then race to find their classmate with the match to their own card.
  • Go on a scavenger hunt - sending your kiddos to find items from around the room that have matching shapes.

We're sure you'll find something fun to do with these shape tracer cards! Be sure to visit 1+1+1=1 for the download!
