Pirate Ship Counting
By Kayla • April 3, 2018

Spice up your math centers with this fantastic pirate ship counting activity from Early Learning HQ! At first glance, it looks like a simple number line, but there's so much more going on! Like a traditional number line, each pirate ship displays a different numeral, one through ten, but the graphics change to go along with the numbers. Sharks, birds, clouds, pirates, waves and cannons - the number of each that can be found in the picture changes based on the numeral on the boat. Your kiddos are sure to have a blast finding and counting all the different elements - sort of like a mini 'treasure hunt'!
