Oatmeal Paste in the Sensory Bin
By Kayla β’ April 3, 2018
We missed this one yesterday in our sensory activity 'round-up'! While this isn't for the faint of heart {it has the potential to be mighty messy!}, it looks like lots and lots of sticky, squishy fun! All you need is a clear tub, some oatmeal, and some water - it's certainly an inexpensive sensory exploration!
NOTE: While Isil, creator of the blog Smiling like Sunshine, simply set out oatmeal and a jug of water for her daughter to combine at her leisure, you might also consider actually making oatmeal for your kiddos to explore. No matter how you incorporate the 'ingredients', your kiddos are sure to have a fantastic time squishing, mixing, rolling, stirring, scooping, patting, and much more!
