Mixed Media Earth Day Print
By Kayla • April 3, 2018
Check out this awesome mixed media project that Himadri over at Mum Paints Lives did for World Environment Day (June 5th) with her little one! Paired with a lesson on appreciating our forests, we think this would also be a great project for Earth Day!
Supplies You'll Need
- Watercolor paper
- Blue watercolor paint or pencils
- Kids paint brushes {optional)
- Green construction paper
- Recycled cardboard
- Craft scissors
- Recycled wood shavings and nut shells (dyed green)
- Recycled bottle tops
- Craft glue
Along with the fact that Himadri used a combination of natural and recycled materials, we absolutely love the different textures she used!
