Add a fun twist to letter recognition practice with this super cute letter monster swatter created by Nicole at Mrs. Ricca's Kindergarten! It's perfect for helping your kiddos to concentrate on one letter at a time and could even be used for practicing short words and numbers.

Nicole provides the monster template on her site here. Simply print the template onto white, purple and green paper (or any colors of your choosing), cut out the pieces you will need from each color and glue together. Then laminate the monster for durability and glue it to a fly swatter after you've cut out the middle section. Voila! Your monster is ready to go. There's even a cute little poem to go along with the letter monster!
