I have yet to meet a youngster who doesn't enjoy playing concentration! If you find the same is true for your class, work in a little math and language arts practice with these FREE concentration games provided by Kathy over at First Grade a la Carte. They would be perfect for adding to your center tubs, or for using in those last 10-15 minutes of the day.

Kathy provides 6 different versions of the game and you can download each one of them for FREE! All you have to do is print the cards on cardstock, laminate for durability, and cut the cards apart. Then it's time to play! Check out the versions that are available (the rhyming game is shown above):
