Check out these great Christmas vocabulary boosters from Annie of The Moffatt Girls! While regular coloring sheets are fun, we love the that these printables help students review focus vocabulary words, strengthen color word recognition, and build numeral recognition! Not to mention, as they work to color in the letters, they'll strengthen the small muscles and develop the coordination needed for writing.

Consider making a reusable classroom set...

  • Print the worksheets, cutting the word strips apart and laminating them to reduce wear and tear.
  • Punch a hole at the top left corner of each strip, holding the word cards together with a binder ring.
  • Set the word booklet out with dry erase crayons. Students can complete the activity, then wipe the word strips clean for the next classmate.
