Background: Red bulletin board paper.
Title: "I Pledge To Have Good Character!"
Border: Patriotic themed trimmer.
Decoration: If using the scroll shaped writing paper printable, we suggest printing them onto tan construction paper and, once they're filled out, simply arranging the cut out scrolls around the bulletin board. If using the other printable, mount the colored/filled in pages onto construction paper before arranging around the board.
