Planning a beach theme? Here are some cute seashell math printables for you and your kiddos to enjoy! As they work to solve each problem, students will practice one-to-one correspondence, numeral recognition, and counting, as well as simple addition and subtraction.
The printables are pretty self-explantory,
Have students select a beach pail card and then, using the seashell manipulatives and activity mat, solve the addition problem on the bucket.
Invite them to write the answer on the recording sheet and color the beach pail with the corresponding color.
Instructions for the subtraction activity are the same as those for the addition activity.
If you have access to actual shells, they make great manipulatives too!
