Father's Day Printable Questionnaire
By Kayla • April 3, 2018

Similar to the Mother's Day questionnaire we featured back in May, we stumbled across this Father's Day themed printable over at Kinzie's Kreations and thought it would make for another cutesy gift idea! Whether you insert the questionnaire into a homemade card, frame it, or find another special way to present it - it's sure to bring a smile to Dad's lips!
Since your kiddos will need help filling it out, we suggest scheduling some quiet time with each of your students/children to record their responses to the prompts. You're sure to get some cute, creative, and {perhaps!} somewhat wacky answers!
For the adorable download, be sure to visit Kinzie's Kreations!
