DIY Fall Leaf Match Activity for Preschoolers!

We're all about simple and this fall activity from Linda over at Little Family Fun takes the cake!

The short version; create simple two-piece 'puzzles' from foam leaf cutouts with which students can practice their matching skills.

MATERIALS YOU'LL NEED

craft foam in assorted colors

leaf cookie cutter

craft scissors

**Or you can simply buy premade foam leaf cutouts and save some time!!

DIRECTIONS

Press the cookie cutter into the foam to create a leaf outline, then use scissors to cut out the shape. Repeat this process, creating leaves of different colors.

Use scissors to cut the leaf shapes in half.

Provided with the pieces, invite your kiddos to put the leaf cutouts back together!
