Cute Beach Pail & Shovel Craft!

Summer Beach Craft for KidsThese summery crafts will have you pining for the beach and the sea breeze in your hair, the sand between your toes, and an awesome sandcastle in the works! They're certainly simple to create so if you have some bored kiddos, grab your construction paper and scissors and get to imagining the shimmery, foamy waves as you craft!

Supplies You'll Need

  • Card stock beach pail and shovel template {Here's a and template we created if you don't want to make your own!
  • Construction paper in various colors
  • Kids scissors
  • School glue
  • Craft embellishments - glitter, sequins, construction paper seashell/sea creature cutouts, etc.

Craft Instructions

  1. Summer Beach Kids CraftUse the templates to trace and cut a beach pail and shovel from colored construction paper. [NOTE: You might also consider printing the shapes directly onto colored paper to be cut out.]
  2. Summer Ocean Kids CraftHave students decorate the cutouts as desired.
  3. Summer Beach Craft for KidsThread the shovel onto the handle, then paste the handle to the beach pail.
