We Are Thankful for Our Students of the Month - November Bulletin Board
By Kayla • April 3, 2018
Darcy, talented bulletin board designer and one of the winners in our recent Halloween bulletin board contest {with her "Look Who We Caught For Student of the Month" entry}, submitted this fantastic November themed student of the month bulletin board that would be a fabulous addition to any learning environment! Great as a student of the month design, a simple title tweak could also make this a festive board for the floor or classroom - i.e. "We Are Thankful For Our Kindergartners!" or "Giving Thanks For the Students of Room 203!"
We Are Thankful!
- Background: Brown bulletin board paper.
- Title: "We Are Thankful For Our Students of the Month!" - or a title of your choice!
- Border: Darcy used a sparkly Thanksgiving themed garland {super cute, right?!}, but you could also use a traditional Thanksgiving or fall themed trimmer.
- Decoration: 1) The Cornucopia. Darcy had a friend draw and paint the cornucopia cutout. We suggest finding a black and white clip art image online that can be enlarged and traced onto white or brown bulletin board paper. You might also consider purchasing a cornucopia accent. 2) The Fruit, Veggie, & Leaf Accents. Between her talented artist friend and the school's die cut machine, Darcy was able to create all of the colorful accents for her board. While you can always purchase accents, you might also try finding black and white clip art images online, printing the shapes onto colored card stock, and cutting them out.
