Cindy over at For the Love of Kindergarten created an activity {and FREE printable!} that will provide your kinders with some fabulous handwriting practice! With a fun springtime theme, this worksheet is a great way to review punctuation, practice the sight word, 'said', and learn about bugs!

Simply invite your kinders to select their favorite writing utensil, tracing or 'shadow writing' the sentences on the worksheet. For extra practice, have students...

  • Circle the focus sight word
  • Highlight the various punctuation marks in a certain color
  • Rainbow write the sentences

For this awesome springtime download, be sure to visit For the Love of Kindergarten!
