Kick off your St. Patrick's Day lessons with this fun sensory sight word search from Shelley over at ChildCareLand.com. Complete with FREE printable shamrock templates, all you need to do is fill a bin with shredded green construction paper, print your chosen focus sight words onto the shamrock cutouts, and hide them in the paper.

While we know your kiddos will have a blast searching through the paper shreds, you might also consider adding a printing element. Create a recording sheet {like the example below}; once your students find a sight word shamrock, invite them to match it to the corresponding entry on the page, trace the word, and practice writing it on the line. Students continue this process until all of the sight words are found!
