Ladybug Math Center
By Kayla • April 3, 2018
How adorable are these ladybug themed math activities from Teaching Montessori?! We think they would make a cute addition to any spring/summer math center - or even a bug or gardening unit! [NOTE: While the activities are similar, we love how this post shows that there are always multiple ways of presenting an activity.]
For more complexity, you might consider...
- Creating ladybugs with higher number sequences
- Skip counting
- Using the ladybugs to practice simple addition and/or subtraction problems
We think these activities would be simple to create and are sure to be a hit with the kiddos! For these and other great spring/summer themed Montessori style activities, be sure to visit Teaching Montessori!
