Christmas Literacy Game - Sight Words Around the Room

To help her kinders review focus sight words, Sara over at Kindergarten Is A Hoot created this adorable ornament game that would be the perfect addition to your holiday lesson plans! Simply hide the sight word ornaments around the classroom and provide your kiddos with a recording sheet, clip board, and pencil. To play, have your kiddos search the classroom for the hidden cards and, once found, invite them to identify the sight word, count the number of letters in the word, and record it in the correct row on their recording worksheet.
