Celebrate the end of the school year with these festive party hats! We have provided two versions of the party hat, one with an owl wearing a graduation cap, and the other with a graduation cap and diploma. Both versions are available in black and white and color. Your students can color and decorate the black and white version and add their name to the star at the top.
We have also provided a completely blank template for your kids to get creative and create their own! You can really make the hats special by adding your own decorations like garland around the bottom, a sparkly pom pom on the top, glitter or jewels. No two hats will look the same! To help the little ones keep the hats on, cut a rubber band and fasten it to each side of the hat to use as a strap.
