Your kindergartners will be delighted to find that this Valentine's Day math activity from Colleen over at The Organized Classroom Blog involves working with candy - and color recognition, sorting, counting, graphing, and analyzing data, of course! Similar to the M&M and jelly bean graphing activities we've featured, your kiddos will have a chance to sort their packets of candies by color then complete the awesome FREE graphing worksheet created by Colleen.

Here's another worksheet you can use in tandem with Colleen's graphing activity. It's simple but a sorting mat will allow your kinders a chance to get their manipulatives in order before beginning the activity. Scroll down the page and click the 'Add to Cart' button to get the sorting mat.
