Bursting With Resolutions! - New Years Writing Activity & Bulletin Board Idea
By Kayla • April 3, 2018

We think this cute bubble themed New Years resolution activity not only provides a way to get students engaged in setting goals for the coming year, it also makes a fantastic and colorful bulletin board for January!
While prep for the activity is minimal, there are two components to the activity. You'll need each student to fill out an activity sheet (we provide a free one below in the event you're interested!) and you'll also need photo of each student pretending to blow a bubble. The photos might be the hardest to coordinate, but since you're looking for a close-up and will be printing the photo in black and white, the background doesn't actually matter. [NOTE: The photos should be taken several days ahead of time so that, once students complete their worksheet, they can add the balloon to the picture and assemble the project.]
If you're planning to display these cute craftivities on a bulletin board, you might consider adding cute circle (bubble) labels and borders to the activity sheets (if you didn't already) just to add some pops of extra color!
