The concept is simple;\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\u003cspan style=\"line-height: 13px;\"\u003eCraft sticks labeled with students' names are placed in a container.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eEach morning, one or two of the craft sticks are selected from the container and placed in the \"Mystery Person\" can.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eAt the end of the day, if the mystery person\/people behaved in line, listened and followed directions in class with few warnings, etc. they got a surprise. If the mystery person\/people did not behave, their name went back into the container and was never revealed.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhile it may feel a little like bribery, positive reinforcement - especially for younger age groups - can be a great motivator and reminder to make good choices!
