Be careful not to cut too close to the center. Place a dab of glue all around the center of the paper and fold, without creasing, alternating  corners to the center of the pinwheel. Add two separator beads, push the toothpick through the center of the pinwheel from the back, and glue another bead at the end of the toothpick.
