Eat More Chicken - Thanksgiving Bulletin Board Idea
We thought this spoof of the marketing campaign for the popular chain restaurant, Chick-fil-a, would make a humorous addition to your Thanksgiving decor - with a bright, colorful turkey and a changing message to keep your kiddos interested {and guessing what you'll come up with next!}, this simple design is great for those hard-pressed to find time during the busy holiday season!

- Background: Light blue bulletin board paper.

Title: "Eat More Chicken!" - To keep the bulletin board fresh and fun, consider changing the sign every day or every other day. Your students will have a blast trying to figure out what Mr. Turkey will try to get everybody to eat next. To get your kiddos even more involved, it might be fun to set out a suggestion box for students to submit food ideas for the display. Paint your own signs onto simple white bulletin board paper or create computer generated signs like we did using "Awe", a free font from DaFont.com!
Example bulletin board signs - Border: Complimentary solid color trimmer or Thanksgiving themed border.
- Decoration: Here's how we'd suggest tackling the turkey - find a black and white clip art image online and use your classroom projector system to enlarge and trace the shape onto bulletin board paper. Add a large piece of white bulletin board paper on which to display the various signs and you're set!
